Fat-Transfer Breast Augmentation (Fat Harvested from the Entire Thigh) | 26-Year-Old Woman, 6 Months After Surgery2026.10.16
A 26-year-old woman. Wishing to increase her breast volume naturally and also to refine the contour of her thigh, she underwent fat-transfer breast augmentation using her own fat. The fat was harvested from the entire thigh. The photos show the thigh, the donor area, from the front, before surgery and 6 months after surgery.
350ml of fat was suctioned from the entire abdomen and centrifuged (800 rpm for 1 minute) to produce 245ml of fat for injection. We injected 135ml into the right breast and 110ml into the left breast, distributing it across separate layers: beneath the mammary gland, beneath the pectoralis major, and subcutaneously.
The procedure was performed under general anesthesia, using 1,000ml of tumescent solution. The operation took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The incisions are small and placed in less noticeable areas: both sides of the groin and the navel.
Fat-transfer breast augmentation uses your own fat, so it suits those who value a natural feel and appearance, and it also allows the contour of the donor areas to be refined.
