This is a case of full-circumference thigh liposuction, shown at 3 months (approx. 90 days) after surgery. Approximately 1,450cc of pure fat was harvested and reused for hybrid breast augmentation.
Although the patient was already slim, by removing fat in a balanced way from the inner, outer, front, and back of the thighs, the overall leg line was refined one step further.
Liposuction is not only about reducing the amount of fat; it is important to design the result while considering overall balance, symmetry, and how the skin tightens. We aimed for a smooth silhouette from above the knee to the top of the thigh.
During the downtime, swelling, edema, and bruising occur, but at 3 months post-op these have settled and the result is approaching a natural finish. Results vary by individual.
