Upper Arm Liposuction | Woman in Her 20s, 6 Months After Surgery2026.08.17
This case shows a woman in her 20s six months after upper arm liposuction. She wanted a slimmer upper arm silhouette not only in short sleeves but also in fitted autumn and winter clothing. Treatment was planned after assessing fat distribution and skin elasticity.
Upper arm fullness may remain visible through clothing when fat is concentrated not only along the back of the arm but also near the arm root and the shoulder junction. The goal is therefore not simply to remove as much fat as possible, but to create a smooth transition from the shoulder toward the elbow.
An appropriate superficial fat layer was preserved while fat was removed mainly from the posterior upper arm and arm root. The borders were blended to reduce the risk of surface irregularity or an unnatural step-off. No thread lift was used.
At six months, swelling and firmness have settled, and the line from the arm root toward the elbow appears slimmer. Clothing, posture, camera angle, and lighting differ between the photographs and may affect how the result appears.
Results and recovery vary between individuals. Upper arm contour depends on fat volume, skin elasticity, muscle, and balance with the shoulders and back. Please consult a physician to determine the appropriate treatment area and method.
