This is a combination case of upper arm and shoulder liposuction with hybrid breast augmentation (fat + silicone), using the fat harvested during liposuction. We share the progress at one month after surgery.
Because the patient naturally has a slender physique, the upper arm liposuction was performed in a milder, non-circumferential way, aiming for a clean upper body while preserving a natural line. The shoulder area was also refined so that the connection from the décolletage to the arms looks smooth.
For the breasts, we chose a hybrid method combining silicone with fat harvested from the upper arms and shoulders. Compared with fat grafting alone, volume tends to be more stable, and compared with silicone alone, a more natural feel and appearance can be achieved.
At one month after surgery, the breasts have not yet fully settled, and this is a period when swelling and firmness may remain. Please view this as a stage in the ongoing process, as the result is expected to gradually soften into a more natural shape. Final impressions and the course of recovery vary from person to person.
