One Month Is Often the Peak of Fibrosis After Liposuction
After liposuction, the body naturally forms scar tissue as part of the healing process.
This temporary fibrosis (scar remodeling) may cause:

These changes are usually part of normal healing and gradually improve over time.
As the tissues soften, the arm contour becomes smoother and more natural.

Hybrid Breast Augmentation Also Continues to Evolve
At one month after Hybrid Breast Augmentation, the breasts may still feel firm, appear slightly elevated, and have residual swelling.
In addition, the transferred fat continues to establish its blood supply during the first 4–6 weeks, while a portion of the grafted fat is naturally absorbed.
For this reason, the appearance at one month should not be considered the final result.
Most patients continue to see improvements over 3 to 6 months.
Recovery varies from person to person, and some patients may notice a natural appearance earlier than others.
