This case shows the 3-month recovery after secondary Hybrid Breast Augmentation performed following a previous silicone breast augmentation at another clinic.2026.06.30
Condensed Rich Fat (CRF) was grafted into both the subcutaneous layer and the pectoralis major muscle:
- Right breast: 210cc
- Left breast: 140cc
The fat placed in the subcutaneous layer was intended to soften and camouflage the implant contour, while the fat injected into the pectoralis major muscle was used to enhance overall breast volume and improve the upper-pole fullness.
By 3 months, a portion of the transferred fat had been naturally absorbed, which is an expected part of the healing process. However, compared with the preoperative appearance, the breasts demonstrate a noticeable improvement in contour and a softer, more natural transition.
Risks and complications: Infection, fat necrosis or palpable lumps, variability in fat graft survival, asymmetry, capsular contracture, skin tethering, scarring, and other potential surgical complications.
