27-year-old woman, 166 cm / 49 kg (BMI 17.8).
This patient already had a naturally slim figure and underwent 360° arm liposuction combined with hybrid breast augmentation to create a more refined and balanced upper-body silhouette.
A total of 680 cc of pure fat was removed from the arms.
For the breast augmentation, we used 235 cc Motiva Demi implants, combined with autologous fat grafting of 100 cc to the right breast and 110 cc to the left breast.
For slim patients, creating a beautiful upper body is not simply about making the breasts larger.
The key is to design the entire transition:
Arms → Shoulders → Décolletage → Breasts
By refining the arms and shoulder contour first, the upper body appears more streamlined. The breast volume and projection can then be designed in proportion to the patient’s frame, creating a more defined and elegant silhouette.
Because this patient had a BMI of 17.8 and relatively thin soft-tissue coverage, we selected hybrid breast augmentation rather than relying solely on implant volume. The Motiva Demi implant provides the structural volume and projection, while carefully placed autologous fat helps refine the surrounding contours and soft-tissue coverage.
We do not consider “slimming the arms” and “enhancing the breasts” as two separate procedures.

For appropriately selected slim patients, combining arm liposuction with hybrid breast augmentation can be an effective option for creating a more sophisticated, balanced, and naturally defined upper-body silhouette.
Results and fat retention vary between individuals. Potential risks include swelling, bruising, contour irregularities, asymmetry and sensory changes after liposuction, as well as infection, hematoma, capsular contracture, implant malposition or visibility, fat resorption, fat necrosis and palpable lumps after breast augmentation.
