We performed 360° upper arm liposuction, including the accessory breast and axillary areas, harvesting 420 cc of purified fat. The harvested fat was then used for fat transfer breast augmentation.

With fat transfer breast augmentation, what matters is not simply “how many cc were injected.” The flexibility and expandability of the breast skin and soft tissue, as well as the amount of space available to accommodate the transferred fat, are also important factors.

In this patient, the breast skin had good elasticity and expandability, making it easier to distribute the fat smoothly across the appropriate tissue planes.

The breasts were designed to improve upper-pole hollowness while creating a smooth, natural contour toward the lower pole.

By slimming the upper arms, accessory breast area, and axillary region while transferring the harvested fat to the breasts, we aimed to create an overall upper-body contour with slimmer arms and naturally enhanced breast volume.
