Successful thigh liposuction is not simply about removing as much fat as possible. Creating smooth contours and maintaining natural skin texture are equally important.

In this case, fat reduction was carefully performed from the upper inner thigh area to create a slimmer appearance while preserving a natural and smooth finish.

At 9 months post-operatively, swelling and fibrosis have significantly improved, revealing refined and natural-looking leg contours.

The Key to Thigh Liposuction: Slimness and Smooth Texture

Excessive fat removal can sometimes lead to contour irregularities or unnatural results.

At AVAN TOKYO, we carefully evaluate and design the entire thigh area, including:

Special attention is given to the upper thigh area to create the appearance of longer, slimmer legs.

Risks and side effects

Liposuction may cause swelling, bruising, pain, edema, skin irregularities or tightness, asymmetry, pigmentation, and scars at the small incision sites. Rarely, complications such as infection, hematoma, numbness, or reduced sensation may occur. On the thighs, calves, and other lower-body areas, prolonged swelling, asymmetry, and reduced sensation may occur; the ankles and calves are particularly prone to swelling and pigmentation.

These symptoms may occur during recovery and most improve over time, but their severity and the recovery period vary from person to person. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor rather than judging for yourself.
