Approximately 900cc of pure fat was removed from the upper arms.
The patient had excellent skin elasticity, allowing minimal post-liposuction sagging—indicating high tissue potential.
By sculpting the arms into a sharper contour, the line from the shoulders to the décolletage and bust becomes more defined, creating a refined upper-body silhouette.
This approach combines “subtractive design” (liposuction) with “additive design” (breast augmentation), resulting in a three-dimensional body contour that cannot be achieved by volume increase alone.
For the breasts, a small-sized silicone implant (low 200cc range) was used as the base, combined with fat grafting—hybrid breast augmentation.
Rather than relying on excessive volume, the design prioritizes a natural décolletage slope and soft texture.
As a result, we achieved:
- A natural breast shape without artificial appearance
- A seamless, continuous line from arms to shoulders to bust

Risks and side effects
Liposuction may cause swelling, bruising, pain, edema, skin irregularities or tightness, asymmetry, pigmentation, and scars at the small incision sites. Rarely, complications such as infection, hematoma, numbness, or reduced sensation may occur. On the upper arms, shoulders, and back, skin laxity, rippling, or a pulling sensation may occur. On the abdomen and waist, temporary hardness or irregularities due to tissue contraction, and skin laxity may occur.
Silicone implants may cause capsular contracture, implant rupture or malposition, rippling (waves of the implant visible on the surface), infection, and changes in nipple or breast sensation.
Fat grafting may cause calcification, lumps or cysts, individual variation in fat survival, asymmetry, and irregularities at the donor site.
