Hybrid Breast Augmentation (Motiva Demi 250cc + Condensed Rich Fat) + Thigh Liposuction | 20-Year-Old Woman, 1 Month After2026.10.09
A 20-year-old woman. She wanted more volume in her bust and was also concerned about fat on her thighs. We therefore performed a hybrid breast augmentation combining a silicone implant with fat grafting, together with circumferential thigh liposuction as the fat donor site. The photos show her from an oblique side view, 1 month after surgery.
A Motiva Demi 250cc implant was inserted in the subglandular plane through an axillary incision along the underarm crease. From the harvested fat, 400ml of purified fat was centrifuged (600 rpm for 1 minute) and condensed into 226ml of condensed rich fat; 116ml was grafted subcutaneously on the right and 110ml on the left.
The procedure was performed under general anaesthesia with nitrous oxide and sevoflurane, with 1,100ml of tumescent solution infiltrated into the thighs and 400ml into each side of the chest. The thighs were treated within the range reachable from the front incisions, and 1,000ml of fat was removed. The operation took about 1 hour 40 minutes. The incisions are small, placed below the nipples, in the armpits, at the front of the armpits and in the groin. After surgery, she wore a compression girdle for the lower body.
In the photo 1 month after surgery, the chest line, which looked flat from the side, shows forward projection and roundness, with added volume from the décolleté to the bust.
Hybrid breast augmentation creates base volume with an implant and adds subcutaneous thickness with fat, aiming for a result in which the implant outline is less visible. However, 1 month after surgery is still part of the recovery process, and fat survival, the course around the implant, the degree of swelling, bruising and oedema, and recovery time vary from person to person.
