Hybrid Breast Augmentation (Motiva Mini 330cc) + Liposuction of Thighs, Buttocks, Knees, Upper Arms, Accessory Breast & Armpit | 21-Year-Old Woman, 3 Months After Surgery2026.10.07
A 21-year-old woman. She wanted more volume in her bust and also wished to refine her overall body line, including her thighs and upper arms. We therefore performed a hybrid breast augmentation combining a silicone implant with fat grafting, together with liposuction of the circumferential thighs, buttocks, knees, circumferential upper arms, accessory breast area and armpit fat, which also served as fat donor sites. The photos show her from the front, 3 months after surgery.
A Motiva Mini 330cc implant was inserted in the subglandular plane through an axillary incision along the underarm crease. From the harvested fat, 500ml of purified fat was centrifuged (400 rpm for 1 minute) to produce 320ml of fat for grafting; 150ml was grafted subcutaneously on the right and 140ml on the left. Botox (200 units each) was also administered to the shoulders, thighs and upper arms.
The procedure was performed under general anaesthesia (propofol) combined with nitrous oxide and sevoflurane, with 3,000ml of tumescent solution infiltrated into the thighs and a total of 2,800ml into the upper arms, chest and shoulders. ELSA was used on the thighs and upper arms, and 2,300ml of fat was removed from the thigh area and 400ml from the upper arm area. The operation took about 4 hours 30 minutes. The incisions are small, placed below the buttocks, in the groin, at the elbows, around the armpits and below the nipples. After surgery, she wore a compression bolero for the upper arms and a compression girdle for the lower body.
In the photo 3 months after surgery, the previously flat area from the décolleté to the chest shows forward projection and roundness, with added volume at the cleavage.
Hybrid breast augmentation creates base volume with an implant and adds subcutaneous thickness with fat, aiming for a result in which the implant outline is less visible. However, fat survival, the course around the implant, the degree of swelling, bruising and oedema, and recovery time vary from person to person. Please start with an examination and consultation.
