BMI surcharge: BMI 25–30 → ×1.5, BMI 30 or above → ×2 (multiplier applied to the procedure fee).
The final total is confirmed at counseling. Prices for all treatments are listed on the price list (Japanese).
Monitor prices
Monitor prices apply to patients who agree to photos and videos of their results being used (including on YouTube; screening applies). Follow-up photos are taken at about 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after surgery, so monitor prices require return visits to Tokyo on that schedule. If you cannot return for these visits, the regular price applies. Please discuss your travel schedule at counseling.
Flow for patients visiting from overseas
- Online counseling. Contact us by LINE, WhatsApp or the web form. We will arrange a free counseling with the doctor online (Zoom) or in person in Ginza.
- Pre-operative blood test. A blood test within the last 6 months is required before surgery. We recommend having it done in your home country using the list of items we send you. If you take the test at our clinic on arrival, results take about one week.
- Surgery in Ginza. On the day, we confirm your condition, take measurements and photos, mark the design with you, and perform the surgery under anesthesia. You rest in a private recovery room before going back to your hotel.
- Stay in Tokyo. We generally recommend staying about one week, so stitches can be removed (around day 7) before your flight. The doctor decides the appropriate stay for your procedure and confirms it at counseling.
- Follow-up from home. Until one month after surgery, send us a 30–60 second video of the treated area via LINE. We review your progress and can arrange a Zoom consultation when needed.
Payment
- Cash (Japanese yen), bank transfer, or credit card at the clinic. Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express. Card payments are one-time payments made in person; we do not offer online card payment. Debit cards are not accepted.
- International bank transfer in advance is possible.
- Medical loans (installment plans) generally require a residential address in Japan.

- A. Yes. Dr. Moriwaki speaks English and handles the consultation, surgery and follow-up himself. Online counseling in English is available for patients overseas.
- Q. How long should I stay in Tokyo after liposuction?
- A. We generally recommend about one week, so that stitches can be removed (around day 7) before you fly. The appropriate length of stay depends on the area treated and your condition, and the doctor confirms it at counseling.
- Q. How is follow-up handled after I return home?
- A. Until one month after surgery, you send us a 30–60 second video of the treated area via LINE. We check your progress from the video and can arrange a Zoom consultation if needed.
- Q. Do I need a blood test before surgery?
