Hybrid Breast Augmentation with 360° Arm, Full-Thigh and Upper/Lower Back Liposuction | Woman in Her 20s, 3 Months Post-Op2026.08.17
This case features a woman in her 20s at three months after hybrid breast augmentation combined with 360-degree upper-arm, full-thigh, and upper/lower scapular-area liposuction.
A 270 cc Motiva Demi implant was placed in the subglandular plane through an axillary incision. Harvested fat was then injected to refine the contour and feel: 120 ml on the right and 100 ml on the left. The implant creates volume, while fat grafting helps achieve a smoother, more natural-looking breast line.
Liposuction was performed around the full upper arms, full thighs, and upper and lower scapular areas using Elsa. The aspirated fat volume was 1,750 ml from the thighs, 800 ml from the back, and 400 ml from the arms. The treatment plan also considered the overall balance between the arms, back, and bust.
At three months, swelling and firmness are beginning to settle. Fat survival, implant settling, and liposuction contours may continue to change. Results and recovery vary between individuals.
