This is a 2-year post-op case of a female patient in her 20s who underwent full circumference upper arm liposuction (back of the arm, shoulder, and front). Fat was removed in a well-balanced manner from the entire area to achieve a slim, refined arm line.

The upper arm is an area where the silhouette stands out, especially when the arm is extended. In this case, we designed not only the back of the arm but also the shoulder and the front of the arm to create a full circumferential result that looks natural and slim from every angle.

Even now, two years after surgery, the beautiful line has been well maintained with little rebound. Because liposuction reduces the fat cells themselves, long-term changes can be expected when the design is done appropriately, though results and recovery vary from person to person.

Prioritizing a natural look, we aimed for a smooth transition from the shoulder to the arm rather than an extreme, unnatural thinness. Slimmer arms help balance the entire upper body, making sleeveless tops and dresses easier to wear beautifully.
