A 24-year-old woman who underwent full-circumference upper-arm (including the back and front) and axillary liposuction. These photos were taken 2 months after surgery.
The upper arm has a thin layer of subcutaneous fat, making it prone to loose skin, surface irregularities, and post-operative firmness (contracture). Our approach treats not only the back of the arm but the entire circumference — shoulder to forearm — together with the axilla (underarm) as one continuous procedure, creating a natural line whether the arm is raised or lowered.
術後2ヶ月の時点では腫れのピークは過ぎ、輪郭の変化がはっきり見え始める時期です。二の腕の外側から内側にかけてのボリュームが均一に減少し、腕を体につけて閉じた際にも脇周辺の膨らみが目立たなくなりました。
