This is a case at approximately six months after fat grafting breast augmentation combined with liposuction of the full circumference of the upper arms, the axillary area, the accessory breast area, and above and below the shoulder blades.

A total of 1,000 ml of fat was harvested from the full circumference of the upper arms, the axillary area, the accessory breast area, and above and below the shoulder blades. After processing by centrifugation, 520 ml of fat was obtained. 260 ml was injected on the right side (100 ml subglandular, 60 ml intramuscular, 20 ml submuscular, 80 ml subcutaneous) and 250 ml on the left side (100 ml subglandular, 60 ml intramuscular, 20 ml submuscular, 70 ml subcutaneous). Four bi-needle passes were also performed to help tighten the skin.

By injecting the patient’s own fat into separate layers, this approach adjusts breast volume together with the contour and texture from the upper chest to the cleavage. Liposuction of the donor areas — the full upper arms, the axillary area, the accessory breast area, and above and below the shoulder blades — was performed at the same time, taking into account the overall balance of the upper body from the arms and back through to the chest.

In the photographs taken approximately six months after surgery, changes can be seen in breast volume, upper chest contour, and the appearance of the upper arms, sides, and back compared with the pre-operative photographs. Posture, lighting, clothing, and camera distance differ between the photographs and may affect the appearance. Results and recovery vary between individuals.

Suitability, injection volume, and the extent of liposuction are determined after assessing body build, skin condition, the amount of fat available for harvesting, and the desired shape. Please consult a physician regarding risks and downtime before considering treatment.
