Hybrid Breast Augmentation in a 30-Year-Old Woman | Perle 255cc + Circumferential Thigh Liposuction, 6 Months After2026.09.02
This is a hybrid breast augmentation (silicone implant + fat grafting) case of a 30-year-old woman. In addition to wanting more breast volume, she was also concerned about the fullness of her thighs. Because hybrid augmentation uses her own fat harvested from the thighs, it allowed her to achieve breast augmentation and thigh slimming in a single operation, which is why she chose this technique.
During surgery, we first performed circumferential liposuction of the thighs (as far as could be reached from the front), removing a total of 800 ml of fat. Of this, 320 ml of pure fat was centrifuged to remove anesthetic fluid and impurities, and 80 ml was injected subcutaneously into each breast. A Perle 255cc implant was inserted through an incision in the armpit crease and placed under the mammary gland, where scars are well hidden.
Hybrid augmentation builds solid base volume with the implant while grafted fat camouflages the implant’s edges around the décolletage and cleavage. It is also suitable for patients who lack enough fat for augmentation by fat grafting alone, and the donor site — in this case the thighs — becomes slimmer at the same time.
The photos show the donor site, the thighs, 6 months after surgery. Swelling and bruising have subsided, the fullness from beneath the buttocks to the outer thighs has reduced, and the line tapers toward the knees. Because the whole circumference was treated, the silhouette from behind is noticeably slimmer.
