3 months after 360° upper-arm and axillary fat liposuction + fat transfer breast augmentation.2026.09.22
When it comes to fat transfer breast augmentation, the goal is not simply to make the breasts “bigger.”
We focus on achieving a natural increase of around 1–1.5 cup sizes, with particular attention to shape and contour.
As I often explain to my patients, a single fat transfer breast augmentation typically aims for an increase of approximately 1–1.5 cup sizes. In some cases, an increase of 2 cups or more may be achieved.
However, injecting a large amount of fat at once does not necessarily lead to a better or more beautiful result.
For patients who want a more significant increase in breast volume, hybrid breast augmentation or multiple sessions of fat transfer breast augmentation may be a better option.
In this case, we injected:
Right breast: 220 cc
Left breast: 200 cc
The fat was injected within a reasonable volume to create a natural increase in breast size while maintaining a smooth and balanced breast contour.
At AVAN TOKYO, we do not look at the breasts alone.
We design the entire upper-body silhouette.
By removing excess fat from the upper arms and axillary area and transferring the appropriate amount of fat to the breasts, we can improve the overall balance from the arms and shoulders to the underarm area and breasts.
The goal is not simply to increase breast size, but to create a more defined and balanced upper-body contour.
With fat transfer breast augmentation, what matters is not only “how many cc were injected,” but also:
“How much of the transferred fat can we preserve?”
Rather than trying to inject too much fat in a single procedure, we assess the elasticity of the skin, the condition of the breast tissue, and the available space for fat placement to determine an appropriate injection volume.
Our priority is to achieve natural shape, smooth contours, and optimal fat retention.
Slim down where volume is unnecessary.
Add volume where it creates beautiful balance.
By combining liposuction with breast augmentation, we aim to improve not only the breasts themselves, but the entire upper-body silhouette.
Results, fat retention, and changes in breast size vary between individuals.
Risks: contour irregularities, pigmentation, infection, lumps, fat necrosis, asymmetry, and other complications.
