This patient previously underwent silicone implant breast augmentation at another clinic and later received secondary hybrid breast augmentation with fat grafting.

By carefully injecting fat mainly into the décolletage and cleavage area, the wide cleavage appearance commonly seen after implant augmentation has already improved significantly at 1 month post-operatively.
