Thigh Liposuction + Aquafilling Removal + Hybrid Breast Augmentation | 3 Months After (35-Year-Old Female)2026.07.25
We would like to introduce a case of thigh liposuction combined with removal of previously injected Aquafilling and hybrid breast augmentation (fat grafting plus silicone implants) performed on a 35-year-old female patient. The photos show her thighs before surgery and 3 months after. She had previously undergone facial and upper-arm liposuction at our clinic as well.
Aquafilling and similar injectable fillers have been reported to cause problems such as lumps, inflammation, and infection over the long term, and removal is a common request. In this case, after removing the filler, we restored breast volume with hybrid augmentation: Motiva Demi 270cc silicone implants combined with fat grafting (right 90cc / left 80cc).
The thighs were carefully suctioned layer by layer according to the thickness of the inner and outer thigh fat, and the harvested fat was processed and used for breast grafting. Three months after surgery, the swelling and firmness have settled, and a clear gap has formed between the inner thighs.
For the bust, the implants provide the foundational shape and volume, while fat layered around the décolleté and cleavage softens the implant contour for a natural finish. However, fat retention tends to be lower around the cleavage and décolletage, and in this case the patient also felt some volume loss in these areas. For areas with poor retention, a second or third grafting session can be considered to build up volume gradually.
Part of the injected fat is absorbed, so retention varies by individual, and silicone implants carry risks such as capsular contracture. Results, recovery, and downtime vary from person to person.
