Our director and a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon perform everything from examination to injection. We review where and how long it hurts and your past treatment, and explain suitability and risks before treatment.
Adipose stem cell-derived culture supernatant
No cells are injected. We inject a liquid containing the cytokines and exosomes secreted by stem cells into the joint.
Ultrasound-guided or palpation-guided injection
The dose is adjusted to the size and condition of the joint, and the supernatant is injected accurately into the joint.
Local anesthesia and a fine needle
Local anesthesia is used as needed, with a fine needle. After the injection you rest at the clinic for about 10–15 minutes.

This is self-pay treatment and is not covered by health insurance. At consultation we first explain the per-session fee, the 3-session course and how often you would visit.

Collaborative Research Associate in Regenerative Medicine, Juntendo University (until March 2025). VASER Lipo Certified Physician; ECFMG Certificate; Regular Member, Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine.
Yuki Nanko, M.D., Board-certified Orthopaedic Surgeon
Graduated from the University of Yamanashi School of Medicine (2019). Completed residency at Sainokuni Higashiomiya Medical Center and joined the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at a university hospital in Tokyo in 2021.
