Hybrid Breast Augmentation (Motiva Demi 270cc + Fat Grafting) with Upper Arm, Thigh & Upper Back Liposuction | 26-Year-Old Woman, 6 Months After (Side View)2026.10.21
A 26-year-old woman. She wanted more breast volume and slimmer lines on her upper arms, thighs and back, so on the same day we performed a hybrid breast augmentation combining silicone implants with fat grafting, together with circumferential upper arm liposuction, circumferential thigh liposuction and liposuction above and below the shoulder blades. The photos show her from the side before surgery and 6 months after surgery, comparing the line of the breasts and upper arms.
Motiva Demi 270cc implants were placed under the mammary gland through a small incision in the armpit (transaxillary approach). From the harvested fat, 400ml of pure fat was centrifuged and concentrated to 250ml, and 120ml on the right and 100ml on the left were injected into the subcutaneous layer of the upper chest and around the implants to soften the implant edges. Liposuction was performed on three areas—the full upper arms (back, shoulder and front), the full thighs, and above and below the shoulder blades—with ELSA (ultrasound). The amount of fat removed was 1,750ml from the thighs, 800ml from the back and 400ml from the upper arms.
The procedure was performed under general anesthesia (propofol, sevoflurane and nitrous oxide) with tumescent anesthesia. The operation took about 4 hours. After surgery, she wore a compression girdle and upper arm supporters.
Before surgery, the breasts had little projection from the side, and the line from the upper chest to the breasts looked flat. At 6 months after surgery, the breasts have a forward roundness, with a smooth curve from the upper chest to the tip of the breast. The bulge on the back of the upper arms has also decreased, and the arms look straighter and slimmer.
At 6 months, the implants have settled into position and the grafted fat has largely stabilized. The final result and the recovery period vary from person to person. Implant size, fat injection volume and the combination of liposuction areas depend on your body type and wishes, so please start with an examination and counseling.
