Cheek & Chin Liposuction + Thread Lift + Fat Grafting (Forehead, Temples, Nasolabial Folds) + Full Upper Arm & Axillary Fat Liposuction + Bi-Needle | 33-Year-Old Woman, 6 Months After Surgery2026.09.22
A 33-year-old woman wished to define her jawline for a more youthful look and to slim her upper arms. In a single session we performed liposuction of the cheeks and under the chin, a thread lift (6 Lupinus threads), fat grafting to the forehead, temples and nasolabial folds, and Bi-Needle treatment of the neck, together with liposuction of the full upper arms and the axillary fat pads and Bi-Needle treatment of the upper arms. The photos show the result 6 months after surgery, viewed from an oblique front angle.
After infiltrating tumescent anesthetic, liposuction of the cheeks and under the chin was performed through a small incision under the chin to reduce the thickness along the jawline. Six absorbable Lupinus threads were placed to lift the tissue from the cheeks to the chin, and two Bi-Needle treatments were applied to the neck for tightening. The upper arms were carefully suctioned around their full circumference (posterior, shoulder and anterior) together with the axillary fat pads, combined with four Bi-Needle treatments. The total volume of fat removed was 700 ml. Part of the harvested fat was purified and grafted: 38 cc to the forehead and temples, and 3 cc to each nasolabial fold.
At 6 months after surgery, the fullness from the cheeks to the chin has decreased and the jawline is straighter and more defined. The forehead and temples show a gentle, natural roundness, and the shadows of the nasolabial folds have softened. Swelling and bruising have settled, and the skin has adapted naturally.
The procedure was performed under intravenous anesthesia (propofol) combined with nitrous oxide and sevoflurane, using tumescent anesthetic solution. Operating time was about 1 hour 45 minutes. Small incisions were placed under the chin, behind both ears, at the front and back of both armpits and at both elbows. A bolero-type compression garment and a face band were worn after surgery.
